Cameron and Meghan's Wedding at
Fields of Blackberry Cove in
Asheville, North Carolina

Cameron and Meghan’s wedding at Fields of Blackberry Cove in Asheville was one of those days that had emotion woven all the way through it.

From the start, it was clear how much this moment meant to the people around them. Meghan shared a first look with her father before the ceremony, and it quickly turned into one of those moments where nobody is trying very hard to hide the tears. Cameron had a similar reaction when he saw Meghan walking down the aisle later in the day, which made the ceremony feel even more meaningful for everyone watching.

They were married beneath the large black walnut tree on the property, a spot that provides beautiful shade and a natural setting for gatherings like this. Having two officiants also made the ceremony feel personal, since both had played important roles in different seasons of their lives.

Cameron and Meghan’s wedding day at Fields of Blackberry Cove was full of the kind of moments that remind you why weddings matter so much to the people involved.

I’ve known Cameron for quite a while, so being the ones to photograph and film their wedding made the day feel especially meaningful for us. It’s always different when you’re documenting a wedding for people you’ve known for years. You already understand the relationships, the personalities, and the history that led to this moment.

The day began with one of the most emotional moments before the ceremony even started. Meghan shared a first look with her father, and the two of them had a hard time holding back their emotions. It was one of those quiet, genuine exchanges that says more than words ever could.

Later, when the ceremony began beneath the large black walnut tree at Fields of Blackberry Cove, Cameron had a similar reaction when Meghan walked down the aisle. Seeing his expression as she approached was one of those moments that made the whole space feel still for a second.

Their ceremony was deeply personal. They chose to have two officiants lead the ceremony because both men had played important roles in their lives at different times. During the service they also shared communion together and led a worship song, which reflected how important their faith is to their relationship.

After the ceremony, the celebration moved into the barn and patio area of the venue where friends and family gathered for the reception. The speeches were heartfelt and emotional, filled with stories about Cameron and Meghan and the community that surrounds them.

Once the formalities were finished, the night shifted into celebration mode. The dance floor filled up quickly and stayed busy well into the evening, with plenty of laughter, music, and the kind of energy that shows up when everyone in the room genuinely loves the couple they’re celebrating.

Cameron and Meghan’s wedding at Fields of Blackberry Cove was a beautiful mix of emotion, faith, and celebration, and it was a joy for us to be there to capture it.

We would also like to give a shoutout to the amazing work that this couple is doing with their non-profit, Titus Strong. This organization is providing support, raising funding, and giving hope to many people with the work they're doing, and we've been fortunate to be able to partner with them.
